This mod makes most FOTS ships un-recruitable for both you and the AI. All ships except for foreign and Kotetsu ironclads have their recruitment time increased to 1000 turns.

This is designed to stop the annoying AI naval spam, while still allowing you to get some ships for island conquest.

This mod should be compatible with most other mods, except any that modify the units_ships table.
