Rick's MLC Zombie Slam

Description
Slam a zombie when sprinting into a door.
Many thanks to @bonz for throwing out an off-hand comment about how he would like this feature...
Many thanks to @dytmyers1995 for assistance in working out the play details.

Build 42.11 update compatibility: The vanilla system now has trip when sprinting into doors, so I have updated the mod the character weight is a factor. If the character weight is less than < 65 the player is too light to smash the door open, so the vanilla trip will occur.

Absolutely peak mod! But there is some tweaks that should be made... like not being able to open doors locked by the player while sprinting, and collapse into locked doors.
