Description
I recreated Pasloe village using all the references it have from 1 episode of 1 old season of "Spice and wolf" anime.

its a big map with a village where the central battles take place, and 2 branches to the river and the northern fields. All points except those in the village include a lot of vehicles for a fast attack of points that are impregnable. All ranges of combat. The map is full of serene views of fields and nature and epic sights of detailed medieval village too.

Made with in-game map editor. Well, there is slightly more than 13 904 objects so it may be little bit lagging, but I placed points in a way when you look at main bunches of objects as little as possible so sometimes it wont be lagging at all (not for points in village).

On this map there is a lot of big bushes and trees leaves of which work like a permanent smoke to bots and for you too I guess and sometimes the bots shoot at you through it but you dont see them lol.

If you want truly medieval warfare you can use this or this. Also I would recommend the classic too.

i dont know what to add.. I dont have rights to "spice and wolf" title, their village and images so i hope they wont sue me. I just want to feel more of this Spice and wolf atmosphere so I remaked it in a game to play it listening Spice and wolf OST or something like that. I want it because Holo is my waifu.

Recommended things:

bots: 120 or more (cause there a lot of local fights you wouldnt know where).

respawn time: 15-35 sec (so its not so hard to capture points without numerous attempts. idk why, but often enemies keep spawn near the flag though I placed "contested" spawnpoints for them. its very annoying sometimes so I always set around 30 sec).

night mode: obviously. I made cool evening for that mode. this night mode better than day mode actually. You can see it at screenshots.

game mode: battalions with "epic" length of battle. Also spec-ops would be cool for this one cause there are a lot of single impregnable points like Church or Granary which you can even walk in. "Haunted" mode quite buggy: skeletons just spawn under the map.

configure flags: well, you can make "river" point blue at the beginning if that makes you feel more tactical freedom.

"paint explosions everywhere": hell yeah.


features:

- spawn time of vehicles is 6 sec after death.

- using of "leaf particles" asset which i didnt see at other Ravenfield maps (you can see those at "church" point, scenery camera or 18th screenshot).

- i have invested a lot of hours in this so its cool (: Detailed objects and complex terrain relief thus a lot of memory required :(

- many audio sources of wind at paths between points outside the village for atmosphere. I could make one big source for all of the map but you would hear the wind even in buildings then ):

(2) И вообще это моё главное творение на данный момент, на которое я потратил более 100 часов и получил жесть неожиданный соответствующий выхлоп. В том числе я сделал гигантский скачок в знании редактора, начав использовать референсы. Это очень важная тема.

Там говорилось "по этим работам стоит учиться", ну а я научился по кадрам из аниме. Как только увидел на тропинках там бугры по бокам, сразу подумал - "жесть, мелкие детали рельефа делают землю очень красивой".

@null well next my map shall be big and open and there will be a village there hehe. Its desert map though. And also that would be recreation of from War Thunder game. I guess I really like recreate things you know

@Fordo 77 thank yyou! i will! there is more maps i done after this one! also its cool that it plays well too because i generally think about gameplay after i make all the decorations and scenery of a map and combining that i dont know what kind of gameplay would be universally fun i put flags almost randomly lol.
