Oh man, this one’s been a while coming.

Welcome to Team Troubles, my very own original game! I have a bit of an obsession with characters, and this game is kind of the culmination of that. Part Apples to Apples, part Among Us, and ALL adoration of creativity, this game is about assembling an unlikely cast of characters into a team that will try to complete various tasks. Will Superman be rescuing a kitten from a tree with Voldemort and Pinkie Pie? Maybe it’ll be Carl Wheezer trying to stop an out of control train with the help of Mickey Mouse and Velma! It all depends on how the cards get played, and what the motives behind them are! Because the players don’t necessarily want the team to succeed… the Judge is impartial, but the other players? They have secret Roles they need to fulfill, and those might push them to sabotage the characters!

Every character ever is viable to be in this game. The starting deck is 350 strong, and those are just the highly recognizable ones. I fully intend to add lots of Expansion Packs to flesh the game out as much as I can. There’s also 137 Tasks, 19 unique Roles, and several optional card types. There are even different modes of play! …My friends and I kind of went crazy with playtesting this, so we ended up reinventing the wheel a few times. A major shoutout to Tristanamo Bay and TheHeartofFlames for this! Tristanamo in particular was a big help with refining various elements of the gameplay, and even made a decent amount of the cards!

I know this is a bit of a departure from my usual uploads, but hey, Guess Who ain’t goin’ anywhere. In fact, making Expansion Packs shouldn’t be much different from making Guess Who decks, so some might release simultaneously… you never know… there might already be plans for such a thing… ; )
