Description
This requires the mod Terraria Overhaul.
This mod lets you protect yourself using a shield and a dash. The shield and dash use mana as a kind of stamina or structure or posture system. There's two classes of shield, targe and buckler. The first one focused on taking strong hits and conserving mana, while the second is more focused on landing Perfect Blocks with less worry about mana.

That enemy power state or whatever is horrible, sorry. It destroys the combat system of terraria and forces you to use a specific move to go back to normal combat. Forcing an action on a player is just not good game design, and feels extremely restrictive to play with.

I think I'm also considering preventing the use of weapons while guarding, instead of just slowing it down. What do you think?

Ok, I haven't published it yet but it now removes debuffs on Perfect Block and also it has a new custom buff for the inability to attack (when you get guard broken), which I just took from Parry. It's a little buggy, but only visually I think.

Oh ok, then I'll go for that. Should it be for all shields including no shield?
