BNGL - Harpstone 1.1

Description
Harpstone as it appeared within the 1.1 build of BallisticNG. Layout and tile wise this track retains much from its predecessors (0.6-0.9) but attempted to revise and enhance the track scenery into something more thematically and tonally consistent to that which was available for other tracks within the game at the time.
