Frequently Asked Questions
- Is it safe to add the mod during mid / lategame?
Yes, its absolutely safe, but I would recommend to check the positions of the zones first to avoid getting exposures unexpectedly. I should mention that if loot regeneration is turned off in the game, items will only spawn in unexplored areas, which can make the game much more difficult. It applies also to MP.
- Is the mod compatible / incompatible with other mods?
The mod should not interfere with other mods at all. If you experience this, please share the information in the Discussions / Bug reports section
- Where can I find the import/export feature?
It can be found on the Zone list panel and it's available for server admins only
- Where can I find the file of the exported zones?
It can be found clientside in the Steam workshop mods folder.
- Importing zones feature does not work. How can I import them?
You have to enter the exact filename of your export without the file extension. For example: hz-export-12-06-01-22-12-2023
- Does the import/export function work in multiplayer mode?
Yes it does but you have to be a server admin to do that.
- Why performing a blood test gives inaccurate results?
You have low medical skills probably (First Aid) but readings are indicative only usually
- It says the blood sample is contaminated, why it is happening?
You have low medical skills probably (First Aid)
- How can I use blood test kit if I don't have any level in First Aid skill?
You should read the f manual ^_^"

Anyone know where to edit the values for the detectors? I just want to reduce the amount of batteries used. I run a very low loot server and we can't get any batteries. I found everything else I needed but I didn't find anything really declaring what and how the detectors functioned.

Mod did not work, when you right click it didn't show anything on a dedicated server as a admin.

Why does the indraline and the other injection cause sickness that can add up to fever and kill your character? I searched online but couldn't find a sufficient explanation.

I love the concept! Been using it in our server. Couple issues I'm facing though. A few players have been having a near permanent sickness moodle even after recovering from a biological hazard zone. Are we missing something? Their exposure was only a few seconds, and the zone was not harsh at all. Has a 5 minute gradual exposure build up and they skated the edge.

The players will recover from a cold, only to have it develop yet again a minute or so later. If there's something I'm missing here on information, I'd love to know. <3
