Very low chance, an option would be to manually raise the chance in your local files or spawn it in via admin.

Low chance on ranger spawns if I remember correctly, and I believe there's a chance it does spawn on PR.

I guess this monster (in a good way) spawns like any other modded vehicle on the map? I just wonder if it'll spawn on Project Russia
