UIOD Scrollable Council Positions

Description
Replaced the council_view.gui file from UI Overhaul Dynamic with one that increases the scrollable box for the list of council positions.

This does not add more council seats, just makes the list you can choose from when you get a new seat scrollable.

Any chance of the Leader Trait selection menu getting a scroll bar as well?

@Vhodnoylogin This is, so far as anyone can tell, completely hardcoded; it is completely impossible for modders to change the number of council seats in any way that actually does anything. No matter how much anyone asks on the forums for that to be changed.

Mine just replaces a file in UIOD to change one setting of it. If you don't want to use that, don't use this.

I find it crashes my game even at the bottom of the load order. Thanks for responding anyway!

Last I checked if you don't use UI Overhaul Dynamic you should be able to scroll just fine. I don't know offhand how far the vanilla box scrolls just that I remember that it does.

Anyone know of a version of this mod that doesn't require UI Overhaul Dynamic?
