Eustace's Cathay Artillery Pack - SFO Submod

Description
This is a submod of Eustace's Cathay Artillery Pack. I'm taking over this submod from Gleen Cross. It's rebalanced and tidied up, and I've added TTC compatibility.

You need both the original mod and this submod (and SFO).

Balance:

Balance is the same as what's given on the original mod page, just adjusted for SFO.

This mod is currently broken. Any chance you could update it to work with the current "temp fix" version of the mod here: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=3314966117

They're debuff units by design. Check the original mod for their intended purpose.

Took a while to hunt down the issue, but it should be fixed now. Try and unsubscribe and resubscribe if it still crashes. Please let me know if it doesn't work, but I'm 90% sure I fixed the issue.

It looks like right now this submod causes a crash when you go to open the unit browser, at least in the main menu. I just thought I would give you a heads-up on that.
