It looks like a lot of these old suicide mods are no longer working. I have built a more immersive and actively maintained mod that works for both B41 and B42:

This is a little self-promotion but I am highly confident my mod is the better choice here. If you guys want a suicide mod that actually works for both B41/B42, is immersive, works with Brita's weapon pack, and doesn't force you to be zombie even after a bullet to the head, then please check out the link above.
