Added a virtual strategic resource repository to facilitate blocking resources(I'm not sure if the translation is correct) and store more strategic resources.

Right click on the strategic resource icon on the top panel to store the corresponding resources in the virtual warehouse, and left click to retrieve the resources from the virtual warehouse.


When the stockpile of a resource (in game storage) is 0, the resource icon may not be displayed, so right-clicking on the storage resource will not directly store all resources into the virtual warehouse (Unless the reserve of the resource is 1).

A control button has been added at the far right end of all strategic resource icons. After left clicking, if the stockpile quantity of a certain strategic resource is 0 and the storage quantity of the virtual warehouse is not 0, 1 point of strategic resource will be taken from the virtual warehouse and added to the stockpile quantity; After right-clicking, the button on the strategic resource icon will be displayed/hidden.
