Manufacturer Character Skins: How to Get

I can't seem to find any guides on how to get all of the manufacturer skins in any steam guide, and they may be helpful for people who'd like to use them for allegiance runs. I copied all the info for the skins on the borderlands fandom site and put them here, so people can look them up without being bombarded with millions of ads, and without giving that garbage website ad revenue from said ads :)

might add on the non-manufacturer based skins here later but for now, this is it.

FYI these skins can be obtained the same way for each character, although gun vendor skins can be for any character, regardless of the one you are playing.
