Generic Eastern SPAA (Late)

A generic SPAA built in an Eastern European style (for the most part).

Gunner:
- 3200m Search Radar
- 3200m Tracking Radar
- 2x 23mm Autocannons (200 HE rounds)
- 4x Radar Guided Anti-Air Missiles (1.5km range, maximum accuracy at 1000m-350m)

Usage of Active Lead Calculation:
- After locking the target, give the radar 1 - 2 seconds to calculate and adjust to the lead
- Accuracy of lead calculation is limited by wind / weapon spread
- Adjust manual rangefinder
- Fire in bursts for maximum accuracy

Please do not reupload the microcontroller, but feel free to use it on a vehicle you upload as long as you give credit.
How it Works (Example):
- Plane is 2000 m away
- Bullet goes 1000 m/s
- The bullet will take 2 seconds to reach the plane
- Your turret is rotating at 0.5 degrees per 0.1 seconds, so 5 degrees per second
- 5*2=10, so your turret needs to lead 10 degrees.
- (I think you might need to edit the speed depending on amount of barrels, but I'm not sure if that is a feature)
