Castlevania Mod

Description
The Castlevania Mod is a new small content mod that is themed around the video games and animated series based around the character and world of Castlevania, focusing on a line of descendants of a vampire hunting clan.

This mod adds new weapons, new menus and reworks the Morning Star to all be themed around Castlevania.

I was heavily inspired to make this Mod, both by my passion and love for Castlevania and that same passion for Terraria, and when I noticed just how many references to Castlevania were in Terraria I knew I had to make it. Right now this Mod adds many new whips to the game, to hopefully fill out the summoner whip progression and to make the accquiring of the Morning Star more fitting.

Please note the armor seen in the video, is vanilla and is a custom vanity set.

3. 6 New Daggers
4. 1 New Armor Set
5. 3 New Menu Screens

Developers:
Lead Everything: Arctracer, so far I am the only developer I am the spriter, coder.

Credits:
While I developed this mod on my own, credits go out to the original Castlevania creators and artists, and composers.

Patreon:
Nope! Don't have a Patreon yet, I'm not that good of a modder that I'd feel right being supported by people, I am working on setting it up, but until then I won't take any direct support from currently anyone.

Small update today! Just adding the Richter set from Castlevania: Nocturne, and Alucards sword as a minion inspired by seeing it in Stars Above.

Thank you for that- but I am currently working on the mod just got a lot of projects going at once. Though I aim to do the next update soon even if it is small.

I would love for this to be a full-blown Castlevania mod pack someday.... I wish I knew of coders to help advocate in helping you to code in bosses and other stuff from the Castlevania series into here... This is a great first step!

here a sugestion: minions from Castlevania Curse of Darkness.
i feel like this version of castlevania need more love and i kinda ant to see these minions in the game.

Definitely a great idea, would definitely make this mod better, I have no idea where to begin coding that but I'll keep it in mind

This looks promising. May I suggest you make sub-weapon talismans? Each talisman represents a sub-weapon. The sub-weapon use magic. If you could add Castlevania: Harmony of Despair progression of sorts, that would be really neat, and promote to actually keep using your weapons. This would mean, that the more you use a sub-weapon, the stronger it gets, and different feats it can do. For instance, after a good while of XP gained with dagger sub-weapon, you will fire two daggers at once. At max level, you fire 3 daggers at once. For Holy Water, its main color to be green at first, and works as stationary as in Castlevania 1. When you reach a certain amount of level with it, it turns blue, and flames travel (like Richter in SotN). When you reach max level, it turns purple and hit-combo rate to be increased dramatically - like Alucard's in SotN. Definitely think it would work nice.
