Wagner PMC

I cannot ensure that this faction works correctly anymore, dependencies might have been updated(changed classnames) or deleted!

Decided to make a Wagner faction because why not.
I made them look similar to the pictures of their coup attempt.

The error happens because one or more dependencies have been taken off the workshop since I originally made this.
