How to steal Power Armor

Ever wanted to create the armory of your dreams but never had enough Power Armor?
Are you too lazy to go look for Power Armor frames?
Well this guide teaches the reader how to Brotherhood of Steal from the Brotherhood of Steel funny ik

Step 0 (preperation)

To start you need about 3 things.

First thing's first, you require The Syringer which looks like this:











Second, you require... The syringes











The syringes you need are the PAX SYRINGES remember!

And the last thing you need is the pickpocket perk at at least level 2 and literally any weapon
You know how a weapon looks like right?

Step 1

Locate yourself a unsuspecting BoS ground patrol that has at least one Power Armor user

Step 2

Get rid of the power armor user's patrol friends BUT DO NOT KILL THE ARMOR BOY

Step 3

seduce Calm down the angry Power Armor with a hit of a PAX Syringe

After the injection he should be friendly and look like this:

Step 4

This is why you need at least level 2 on the pickpocketing perk

Wake up your inner romanian and take out that fusion core

Step 5

Steal the Power Armor and choose if you want to kill or spare the original owner

Profit

i always recommend just making like 15 industrial water plants and selling water for infinite caps, then buying the frames from vendors lol

i reccomend just stealing it to farm them up to later sell or use

You can also target the fusion core in VATS and destroy it to make them get out of the power armour.

you can also steal items using deacon and it just marks it as owned by you (you might get attacked if you have the same items in you're inventory) i don't know if this applies to power armor or if it even works 90% of the time so be cautious if you're going to do that

bartus, what i reccomend doing is enabling the console, then click on the power armor to select it and after that you type in "setownership" which should make the power armor owed by the player. plus i reccomend repainting the armor pieces to factory paint

inetd is right. Just pickpocket the fusion core and they abandon their armor. I stole practicably every BoS power armor I could this way and set them up at my settlements for people to use. One problem though, if any BoS member is at the settlement and the stolen armor gets used the BoS
members attack.
