No Walkers In Hell Mutation

This mutation tries to emulate a more slow paced harder zombie game, a mode inspired by No More Room in Hell and The Walking Dead.

The 2 required mods are not required, its simply that the default animations looks too much janky and the suggested mods will make it more appropriate for their speed.

- you start of either with a knife or with a frying pan
- zombies can only be killed with headshots
- all zombies are extremely slow but deal massive damage and can cluster in masses very quickly
- very few ammo
- very few special infected but they are a lot more deadly
- bullets are realistically deadly, which mean everything will die a lot faster, including the tank and the special infected
- medkit takes twice the time to heal
- medkit wont heal much of your health
- temporary health wont go away (the effect of pills in real life doesnt take a few minutes to pass)
- the adrenaline temporary health also wont go away and the speed boost will last 60 seconds
- if you go down you can still crawl but shooting is extremely useless
- if you go down the odds of you dying are insanely higher if you dont have someone to revive you fast
- getting revived from falling will get your health to 1
- you get slow at 49 health but its a bit faster than default slow
- fire is INSANELY deadly
- friendly fire is also insanely deadly
- lesser resources than default
- no sound cues or music
- pistols and the deagle have limited ammo
- other minor tweaks

PS: your game may start to lag a bit in finales or events due to the massive amount of zombies at the same time, keep that in mind.
