The Tip of the Spear - Boris campaign additions

Presentation :

Since he received a new start position in Immortal Empires, I was dreaming about a new campaign for Boris, with mechanics similar to those of Markus Wulfhart. Boris Ursus is this guardian of Order who is lost in the heart of the Chaos Wastes, and I would have liked for him to have limited recruitment like Markus to match his unique situation.

So I recreated a ressembling mechanic with this mod.

Update 2.0 : Some aspects of the mod have been changed. The description have been also changed in consequence :

- Limited recruitment : Boris military building take 500% more time to be constructed. However, he can call for aid the Ice Court and the Orthodxy : each time he supports them via the ritual panel, he will be sent an expeditionnary force that will be comprised fo elite kislevite units specific to each faction.

- Less passive Supporters gain : Supporters per turn effect has been removed from the Church building.

- Occupying Kislev, Erengrad or Praag will remove the additionnal construction time for military buildings.

- Boris can rush the construction of his buildings by spending supporters.

I hope this mod can add some variety and flavour to his campaign.
