This mod improves Stellaris AIs when playing with Ancient Cache of Technologies. Changes:

* Add an economic plan so they go for Dark Matter/Dark Energy income.

* Overwrite a bunch of key gateway techs with increased weights so the AIs reliably rush them.

* Give Mercenary Enclaves previously unobtainable ACOT gateway techs if their patron has them, and income so they can build the upgraded fleets.

I wonder if the planet specialization is modable and the new ACOT types can be added. ACOT uses different jobs, so the old specializations do nothing. Not that I'm implying that it's your job specifically, but it would be a cool feature that the ACOT authors are unlikely to imlement in the foreseeable future as they already seem to have quite a lot on their plate.

Wow. Just wow. Haven't tested it yet, but if it works, you're a superstar. Add an image to the mod though, at least the standard ACOT one. People don't really install mods without images. and this one deserves to be known.
