This is a mod that aims to port over content from Atlas. So far, the mod only adds the parrot, but at least 3 more creatures are planned.

Steam Guide on The Ports of Atlas

Special thanks to Eclipse for making the Parrot's colour regions and aberrant pattern.
Special thanks to aR0y for making the parrot's creature icon.

From memory, all 12 maps should have Parrot spawns. We made sure of that, because with their crafting skill replacement niche, they seem like something all maps need, just like all maps would need Giant Bees, Ovis, and Dung Beetles.

I am personally not a fan of that, as it makes it indeded to have a bird sit on your shoulder while underwater, you know? It just feels weird.

@Hazearil Well, Seagull in Atlas increase the swim speed from the character it is mounnted, and any level up in the Seagull increase this buff effect. So, in Ark you could do it the same way you did with your parrot, but instead of increasing the Crafting, increase the mounted character Oxygen (as it also increase swim speed when rised). But it is only an idea.

Realmscatt, unfortunately for those 3 I got no plans. The sheep and horse seem hard to make unique from the Ovis and Equus, and would just be a lot of added filesize for a variant that is only slightly different looking. As for the seagull, while it looks quite different from the Ichthyornis, I don't know what I would make it do, which is why I am not focusing on it for now.

I like the idea of atlas mods for Ark. I use one of them at the moment. I would like to see Atlas sheep, seagulls, and horses as well.

@ParaDyce™ Dude, the Fjördhawk mechanics from bringing back stuff is quite hard to code. But the shoulder mounted buff is quite easy. Also don't say something like generic, many modders stay hours in the Dev Kit trying to bring some cool stuff (yeap, I know), to after the work someone just say it is "generic", man you don't know how this is upseting.
