Report a translation problem
Anyway I released a hotfix by removing the station medical scanner. It fixed the problem on my end so I hope it will on yours too.
This line seems to be the cause.

The lines that come after implies that it could have something to do with npcs, but I'm not sure since I'm not very good with scripts. You might want to check if you are using duplicate or older versions of the mods in your list.
I deleted the Universe, but I encountered another bug.
When I ran to the leftmost area of a city, I get booted back to my ship. I can still beam down to the city, but I'll be avoiding the left area.
I'll paste another log if I encounter it again.
