Roman Empire

Description
Adds the Roman Empire and Byzantine Empire into the game. Formable by Italy and Greece respectively.

You must unlock Arrival International Relations to unlock the first two research projects.

The empires can be expanded to their largest historical sizes after researching Unity Movements.

I also changed Italy and Greeces colors to match their empires. Let me know how you feel about the new colors, and if I should keep or revert the change.

I think a better idea would be to create a western and eastern roman empire that could then unite into THE roman empire.

@Hebrux: The "Byzantine Empire" is a modern name in archeology to differ between eras. The "Byzantines" never called themselves "Byzantines". They saw themselves as "Romi" (Roman). They even called the modern Greek language as "Romaiika". They were the true continuation of the Roman Empire. Constantinopel was founded by the Roman emperor Constantin as the new capital of the empire.

Ignoring the alt-history LARP below me that doesn't understand what the Byzantine Empire's real name was, this seems like a good way to chain-unify North Africa and the Middle East into Europe. It's not imperialism, we swear!

How would the world be different today if the Crusaders never sacked Byzantine creating the great distrust between the 2 forces of Christianity that led to delayed reinforcements that eventually led to the fall of Constantinople?

How would WW1/WW2 be different? Would Byzantine of been with the allies? Axis? Neutral?

Would Byzantine had lost power like the Ottoman Empire did and eventually shrink to a shadow of itself like present day?

Would it be called Byzantine Empire still? Or just Byzantine? Who knows how history would have changed.
