Added Mobile Worker from Iron Blooded Orphans into Rimworld

Announce to you Mechanization, a mod series about Mecha and Mecha-liked Vehicles.
which does mean it only include vehicle, without other themed apparel,gameplay mechanism, building or other additional content.





i'm also looking for any helper for vehicle mod coding to have a more playable mecha in vehicle framework.

@zantanzuken I'm mean that was kind of how they worked in the show too. these ones had a lot of their cargo space removed to be light fire support and were often man by expendable troops.
