I really like the idea of High Speed Battleship not being able to pre build them and choosing between get very defensive (not move) or attack but lose defensive stats, but feels like considering in late game boats have a lot of movements so ~+10 base attack + 32 not moving attack is quite a lot in side with Battleships even for the con having to rebuild them (for a bit more cost) , refarm promotions and not being very rushable in tech tree, considering there is the free in niter better Bombard who is a bit easy to rush (City Defense Army)
Except I got hit by bug, math on City Defense Artillery end weird, in late game my cities ended up with 243 base strength + 156 ranged attack bonus for a total of 399 range attack strength there no way something can survive to this
