Based on the old version, adapt the new beta era capabilities and add more update era capabilities

A good question, my mods are all compatible with the latest Anbennar beta, so if you run it on the steam version there will be missing resources.

theres a bug with ab_core_cost, there's no icon and you can't click it

That's my main turn-off vs the other mod, the lack of retaining certain abilities over the ages. This could be balanced, but i appreciate the effort regardless
