Makes useless plant mutations more desirable, so it's not a waiting game for exuberant all the time.

Changes
  • Easygoing: 0 rads, x0.75 yield -> x1
  • Specialised: 50 rads, x1.5 yield -> x2
  • Superspecialised: 150 rads, x2 yield -> x4
  • Licey: 0 rads
  • Leafy: 0 rads, 1000 lux -> 1800, x2 growth -> x4
  • Wildish: 0 rads, x0.22 growth -> x0.5, requires no fertiliser
  • Blooming: 0 rads, 20 decor -> 120
  • Bountiful: 0 rads
  • Juicyfruit: 0 rads
  • Exuberant: 250 rads, 10,000 food poisoning germs -> 1,000,000
