Serente`s Weird Evolved Addon

Description
This is a Stellaris Evolved addon, focused on adding content in batches, exploring a similar narrative theme. Current theme is: Body Horror
------------------------------------------
- 4 new civics (2 normal, 2 corporate)
- 6 new holdings (2 overlord, 2 corporate, 2 criminal)
- New anomaly.
- New event chain.
- New semi-unique leader.
- New type of randomly found uninhabitable planet.
- Two unique systems.
- New version of the Solar System. Inhabited Mars and a unique planet class for Earth.

Some localisations files contain errors here and there.

- With any mods that overwrite Stellaris Evolved t1 hospitals

I was thinking about updating some of the civics from this mod over to 4.0 while I wait for Evolved to be updated. Any issues with my posting it if I do or should I just keep it to myself?

It seems like this isn't functioning with the newest version of either stellaris or evolved. At least, shaper of flesh doesn't generate new jobs.
