cp_degrootkeep ported to LizardOfOz's VS Saxton Hale mode in VScript.

Uploaded without the intent of inclusion in the game; this is an experiment.

i played on this version when VSH was still just community, the map was fun and i'd like to see it put in the main game for saxton hale
