a revive mutator fixed up and reuploaded with the new update

By default, press and hold F over dead bodies to revive both bots and players

now includes
- keybind config
- regenerate revive count on natural player spawn

You might have seen that i've been reuploading previous mutators i've made. I've had to switch unity projects due to the new update, and because some of these mutators broke with EA27 due to the TMPro deprecation i decided to patch them up.
