The Unit upgrade need more time, like i said, so i think this is the best way.
Further i dont know if i let the Rites in the mod - the new skull mechanic is pretty similiar

Trajanns Submod is in work. Only need to add missing and new units from him to the upgrade mechanic, then i will update it. Maybe today, we will see
