Finno-Korean Hyperwar

This will add the Finno-Korean hyperwar as a struggle to the game.

It will respect your agency as the player and let you control your own diplomacy, but assert its authority as a mod by making the war happen anyway.

You can try to end the war by either inventing K-Pop, begoming Ordodox :DDD or firing the Mass Autism Array of Giza.
