Simple tweak to Ellis's calm pistol idle to have him lower his right hand for slightly less snappy blending.

+Idle Standing Calm Pistol [Custom]
+Walk North and Walk South [No changes except unused south movement re-implemented]
+Run North and Run South [Custom]
