The Punisher

This character has a big quest that requires the DLC.

I recently played mech pilot for the first time and really liked their big quest, but it felt perhaps a bit too convenient that the cops just don't care at all that you're enacting vigilante justice. So I made this Punisher character as a response to that; now the Law wants a piece of you too, and shops won't serve a wanted man.

To compensate, the Punisher starts off with a machine gun, an ammo stock, a health ammunizer, and the Doctor's chloroform hankie. At the end of the day, the character I portrayed is a talented stealth assassin, so the doc ability felt right. Really powerful. The later levels can be tough because of the roaming Supercops and robots, but at that point you're already a killing machine.
