Description
got bored of the old gun particles long time ago, it was time to make new ones.

What it does:
Replaces all fugly shells with new ones. completely new rendered by in blender.
Removes melee blur.
Recolores molotov fire.
Removes blinding light on pipebomb/grenadelauncher explosions, instead introducing a shockwave effect
makes incendiary ammo, rpg and grenadelauncher trails less visible.
recolors chainsaw smoke.
recolores pipebomb fuse a bit.
makes pipebomb led trail thinner.
50Cal overheat smoke is way less visible.
slightly recolors muzzleflash particles.

Credits:
Yogensia - shotgun shells used for render
nikitoriya - 9mm shell model used for render
PsyTi - 5.56 & 7.62NATO shell models used for render
I do not know who made the belt link models. It's taken from a gmod addon. it's either from Danger Close Games, Valve or Hidden Path Entertainment.

I'm impressed with the idea of ​​this Mod! The effects are incredible, and the Shells are far superior to anything else I've tried. However, I have noticed a problem: when the Shells are ejected, they seem to go out into the air instead of out of the gun. Would it be possible to correct this detail in the Mod? :health:

Like I said, I tested with the base weapons, and I even tried testing this mod without having any other mod enabled at all.
In normal campaigns, shotgun shells seem to be ejected fine, although they seem a bit smaller than they should be.
For the likes of SMGs and such however, no shells seem to be ejected at all, and the game eventually crashes.
Sigh... I give up.

The shells only modified the sprite and color, not their trajectory.
If they fly straight up its probably because the weapon mod (if you have one) rotated the particle attachment too far up.

Upon further testing with base weapons, I found out that the shells were actually being ejected abnormally straight up in the air, which is why they were hard to see.
And this issue seems to only go away if I shoot the guns while aiming upward, since doing so makes the shells ejected in a normally visible manner.
What could be causing this...?
Am I just not meant to appreciate your beautiful shell particles?

that shouldn't even happen, because the mod uses brand new sprite sheet, which can not conflict with any other mod.

And if the particle file itself conflicts, then you would see the original sprites

Can someone help?
This mod makes the shells being ejected from the guns hardly visible for me for some reason.
I tried it without having any other particle mod that might collide with this, yet it still happens.
Am I the only one experiencing this?

That addon you linked doesn't actually replace any particles at all.
Its just an error.pcf that has custom particles for some mods that use them.
