As for actual constructive criticism, I found barely any lightposts, laterns, roadsigns and fire hydrants in town, which is something that it would definitely benefit from.
And it being so closely located to the river it'd be a shame if it didn't have any sort of port to it. Maybe you could draw a road from the north western Gigamart to the coast and expand into a small to medium sized port and industrial area there.
Also, cannot confirm any population issues. I did a test run from LV to Riverside and it had an appropriate amount of zombies for me.
