Could you use the expanded vehicles upgrade system to add some frontal spikes, reinforced(existant) windshield and maybe a recon suite?

Thanks for the report, there's probably something I need to set that isn't, or some other change I need to review. I did play some last night anyway and the car seems to work but I'll take a look as soon as I can.
