Teclis Pre-Phoenix Sword-of-Teclis Ability.

When he got his bird, they changed the Sword-of-Teclis ability to increase spells and stuff. This goes against the whole point of the Sword in lore and the old version was a cool way to make the feeble Teclis have a semi-unique play-style.

Now the sword works as usual (plus +10% Spell Mastery because I can't hide the tool-tip without data-coring) and gives massive buffs to melee, but doesn't recharge out-side of combat, meaning you have to use it strategically and make sure to pull Teclis out before the buff ends or he'll be destroyed.

Intended for use with my No Mounts for Teclis mod, but I made it separate in-case someone preferred Spell Mastery,
So I guess you can use this to make Teclis really OP on his phoenix too.
