C'est vrai qu'il était assez frustrant de ne pas pouvoir les booster un peu. Ils devenaient inutiles en mid, endgame.

Maneaters are honestly a really big let down, since they are 100% neutral in the lore, and they always ajust to the faction they work for, both in looks and weaponry.

So yes in fact, some of them are actual pirates.
