Description
I increased the total capacity of famous battle to 500, which is basically the number of the settlements of the game.
I also lower the requirements of the unit number, so that you can achieve it by using less troops, but I did not totally erase it so heroes dooms stack cannot generate famous battle sites for vampires.

@Naplucia I changed the famous battle capacity and conditions for vampire factions. It seems like the description editing is not successful.
