Description
该mod添加一个敌对机械族派系和可建造机械族

背景设定：（来源于群星）帕维亚是一种智能人形机械，其创造者文明由于长期沉醉于享乐主义，将整个社会的运作都交给他们的仆从接手。这些机仆不满足仅仅侍奉前主人，她们意图将所有有机生物收容并供养起来。
虽然初衷是好的，但帕维亚机仆通常不尝试外交，而是直接使用武力手段征服，似乎越顽固的抵抗越会让她们兴奋
帕维亚这个名字取自一个意呆利地名
机仆武器发射一种特殊晶体，可以麻痹生物神经使其倒地，不能自行生产，只能通过袭击获得
默认15天后可以出现袭击，原本也考虑用bossgroup召唤，但是召唤派系会默认原版机械族，只能放弃该方案

不兼容CE
该mod目前处于早期beta阶段，内容较少，后续将缓慢更新
由于载具不能加入袭击，所以移除了，也不再保留载具前置

The Pavia are just mechs, you cant really start as them. If you want to be a human mechanator starting with them, edit the base mechanator scenario into a custom one, where you have these mechs rather than the base game ones.
