Improved Fungal Shift

Adds a variety of improvements to the fungal shift system:

-Hovering over the 'Fungal Shift' icon will now display a list of all fungal shifts in that run.
-Holding a potion is now guaranteed to influence fungal shift (doesn't always work with potions you spawn with).
-Delay between shifts can be adjusted.
-An expanded list of materials can optionally be used for fungal shifting.

If the Fungal Shift icon is displaced by having too many perks, you can use the inventory menu's perk view on the bottom right of the screen.

Be careful with the Cheatgui mod, as opening the fungal prediction menu will break the list.
