Report a translation problem
For dust effects, you can edit the Catvrix file directly by going to Workshop > Content > 214950 (the file number for TWR2) > 3001498136 (the ID number for the mod) > Catvris.pack, where you can edit Effects and slash the dust kicking up by half if you so wish, or double it for maximum chaos, or even remove it entirely.
The weather effects are in the Antvmnos pack, the one you downloaded and put in your data folder. There, in weather_definitions.xml, you can again get rid of some of the more heavy rainstorms.
They're not perfect solutions, but they should make this mod at least playable, giving all the other cool effects a chance to shine.
Maybe it used to be a good mod but stay away from it for now.
