Adds the visible model of the Spellbook Magazine to the body.

The model is essentially a rerigged version of props_halloween/hwn_spellbook_magazine.mdl to fit the same skeleton as the Fancy Spellbook (sitting on the mvm bone, like the Power-Up Canteen), but with a new texture.

The texture is sourced from PSDs in recent asset leaks, used as a higher-resolution base than the retail 512x256 texture. I then shrank it down to 512x512 (the max setting the gold-star importer can support), and gave it a phongmask based on the one provided in the leak (to give the magazine cover a little bit of that magazine-cover-gloss).
The VMT materials are near-identical to the Fancy Spellbook.

The model editing, re-rigging, and texture/material setup was done by me (DudeTheNinja).
The original concept/idea was made by DoubleTails and Chippy, and so they have been given contribution credits.
