Its just for my friends but feel free to use it

My attempt at lore: A virus has combined with a poison mushroom which has created an outbreak while the virus makes the infected sound like themselves but don't be deceived inside they are growing poison mushrooms inside themselves and are very aggressive while also mutating so that some have some unnatural ability an example would be shooting poison mushrooms as a projectile to make it even worse it spreads across extra lives meaning that some of the same infected can appear multiple times Luckily Dr Mario has the mega vitamins while unfortunately they cannot save the too far infected the rest it can make immune Dr Mario did manage to save a lot of people including the Mario brothers (Pretend that Dr Mario and Mario are separate people) as for the infected they have to resort to a "Merciful" way of getting rid of them
