Super Mario Mushroom (Pain Pills) Supreme Edition

Description
Reskin of a mushroom mod on the workshop with my own improvements also includes sounds and custom hud of which the script I stole from louis pain pills mod since I couldn't find the proper files. I decided to make it look more HD instead of cartoonish so I removed paper from the title.

the icon when i use other modes dosent work

When you pick up the mushroom pills, the icon for the mushroom on the right disappears. Are you able to fix this, btw well done :boomer:
