PLA torrents' patch with YAYO's Animation

Description
Keeps tanks from twisting around in yayo's animation environment. Theoretically compatible with all submods of PLA torrents.

Needs to be updated for new Yayo's Animation update. There was just a slight change in Yayo's Animation, so this probably needs to be only re-compiled with new Yayo's Animation .dll file.
