Add The MvM Upgrade Station Song NOW IN 3D soundscape!!!1!!

this will use the 3D / in map / in space sound entity to play the audio in map instead of the other UI sound way.

this is a alternative to the other way to add this:

You need to watch the YouTube video to find out the difference.
If you don't get it , it's now a 3d in space audio instead of the other UI only sound.
the youtube video is NOT EDITED because i changed tf2 map.

valve need to add the ambient_generic to all mvm maps to play this sound.
