- Añade una decisión para poder incorporar a Cuba como estado de manera pacífica.
Nowadays it's impossible. I need to edit the states file to include the Carlists at the start game, although probably after the release of Iberian Twilight at the end of the year it would be compatible, as the Carlists will be included in the base game.
The problem with Iberia is that I can't check if it was formed by Spain or Portugal and it wouldn't make much sense if after you formed Iberia with Portugal you instantly inherit all Spain's political problems. Sorry for that :(
This run I made the mistake of trying to do the Hispano-American question and try to puppet everyone when I had a mod that increased liberty desire - so I'm now stuck in and it's too late to try and get Portugal!
Really fun mod where I'm going to do multiple runs to try different strategies, so thank you very much!
