Description
An automatic stock market trading mod.

This mod is the successor to the groundbreaking CookiStocker mod, and has been created with the full permission of Gingerguy, who has retired from developing and maintaining this mod.

All relevant information about the mod, FAQ and stock market advice can be found in the Steam guide (this is a link). The Steam guide has been updated to reflect the changes made in CookiStocker 2.

Additionally, there is activity in the Discussions tab of this page relating relating to the current CookiStocker 2.2, as well as further development. These can be accessed via the links directly below. Please feel free to contribute there. These discussions have been copied from the previous CookiStocker discussion page, which is now frozen.

This mod does not disable Steam achievements.

@Hunter and @Melon - Please read the Steam Guide linked in the Description above. It should answer your questions. When run this mod as directed, it will make you a lot of money over time, generally starting in the first few hours or less after it begins running.

Hint: Try using the console output option to see the details of what is going on. If you have run this mod for at least 12 hours and it is still losing money for you, please post the console output in the Bug Reports discussion thread. I have never seen such a situation happen.

I am ONLY selling items at a loss, according to the pop up notifications. I even went in and set my own prices and it will not follow them. ex- I set jam to be bought at 10 and sell at 90, It just bought at 88 and sold at 83. Even on default, all are sold for less then what it bought it for?

Currently have it disabled because I ascended but I can attest that this mod dose work. Thanks for taking the time to reply to my comment on here. It should be noted that I have between 530 to 950 building from the cheapest to most expensive and and at over 1.502 septendecillion cps. I would recommend not have less then 3 times your CPS. Given the mod will attempt to buy and sell stocks which will eat into your on hand cookies. that last bit is for people using this mod
